Invisible Pain: How to Inflict Pain Without Marks
INVISIBLE PAIN: A Workshop on Sensation Without Marks
Hosted by HBIC, Justine Cross
Do you enjoy exploring intensity and sensation, but need to avoid leaving any visible marks? Are you someone who likes to create strong experiences for a partner who prefers no trace afterward?
Join Justine Cross for Invisible Pain, a brand-new workshop designed for all experience levels—though some techniques shared will be advanced. This class offers creative and fun ways to deliver strong physical and emotional impact without leaving evidence on the body. We’ll also open up space to explore how we talk about connection, boundaries, and desire.
There will be dedicated Q&A time, so bring your curiosity and all your questions!
This is an 18+ event.
We’ll cover:
- What is pain?
- Why someone might avoid leaving marks
- Which tools or implements are more or less likely to leave a mark
- Safer areas of the body to engage with
- Different types of pain or intensity:
- Physical
- Sensory (including chemical)
- Verbal/emotional
- Reframing real-life experiences into consensual dynamics
- Local events and further resources
Trigger Warning:
Some of the methods and topics discussed involve real-life dynamics that can be intense or rooted in personal trauma. These will be discussed with care and in the context of safety and consent.
